Chelsea Search Group places critical import on establishing long-term relationships with our clients.  We pride ourselves in taking the time to learn not only the requirements of a particular position, but the culture of the firm, the personalities of the co-workers, and the other details that are important in establishing a good fit for a position beyond what the resume says. 

Experience has taught us that sending 15 resumes for every job opening is not as important as sending one screened, qualified candidate.  Most of our candidates are not actively seeking new employment, but were headhunted exclusively for your particular position.  As a result, our clients do not receive a lot of resumes from us, but they interview almost every candidate that is submitted.
